National competition - 2012

17_th National competition of ship-modellers – 9_th Croatian evaluation exhibition of model ships „Rijeka 2012“

by the rules of Naviga, was organized under the sponsorship of the President of the Republic Croatia and co-sponsorship of Primorsko-goranska County and the City of Rijeka, from 22nd to 30th September 2012 in the Rijeka City Museum.

Organizers of the exhibition and the competition are Center of Technical Culture Rijeka and Croatian Ship Modellers’ Association..

IThe exhibition was open for public from 24th to 29th September 2012 in the Rijeka City Museum.

23 ship modellers participated in the exhibition with 43 exhibits. Linijski brod HMS Prince 1670 made by Mile Bjelić, was named the absolute best model, and was awarded with 95,00 points by the jury commission.

ZGolden medal was awarded to: Mile Bjelić, Linijski brod HMS Prince 1670

Silver medals were awarded to: Željko Skomeršić, Kliper Pride of Batimore; Roland Vlahović, Lovranski guc Vanja; Roland Vlahović, Krčka pasara Katica.
