Shipmodeling association Iverak gathers about twenty members of shipmodelers and people who occupy with scientific-research and theoretical work related to ship modeling. The association operates for more then 20 years. In today's form and meaning, the association was founded in 1999. The meetings of the associations are regular, twice a month. In the first year of existence, meetings were held in the premises of Zagreb Society of technical culture. After, the meetings take place in the restaurant Old Zagreb, and the last two years in the tavern Budvar bar.

Until 2006, the chairman of the Association was Mile Bijelić, and the secretary Nenad Bojmić. Since March 2006, the chairman of the association is Zdenko Perčinić, vice president Miroslav Fabijanić and secretary Krešimir Šurina. Members of the association regularly participate in state ship modeling contests. They won about ten medals in state and international contests. Three members of the association Mile Bijelić, Vladimir Robotić and Miroslav Fabijanić participated as judges in state ship modeling contests in Rijeka. Miroslav Fabijanić, a member of the association, has an international judge's license.
